CURBING

THE CURBING PROCESS

Curb Prep

Upon arrival to the jobsite, we will walk the property with the homeowner to make sure the curbing will be in the correct spot, spray painting the desired location. After we discuss the proper location, we will then begin making a trench for the curb to sit in. This will consist of cutting out the grass to make a perfect trench for the curb to be properly installed.

Extruding the Curb

Once all marked areas are trenched and prepped, we will start mixing our blend of materials on site for the strongest most durable concrete curb. The mix will then be wheelbarrowed to the curb machine where we will extrude the mix with reinforcing cable inside the curb. After the curb is laid, we will put the proper control joints in place, stamp, and the finishing touches on your curb.

Curb Maintenance

When we are done laying your curb, we will make sure everything is exactly how the customer wanted it and that there is no waste left behind. We will come back when the curb is cured and ready for sealing. We recommend resealing every two years. This whole process is completed in one day and ready for you to enjoy your curb for years to come!
